How can I describe my feelings? I feel destroyed. We have to stop the war. We have to save the children. They deserve a life. Like others.

My age is 60 years. We are five: me, my wife, and three [children]. We are in four countries. You understand? Five people in four countries. My dream now to see my whole family. It is difficult. It's too difficult [cries].

All our dreams: killed. Seven years, seven years the war is going. I don't understand why. For freedom? All deserve freedom. One million killed. Six million outside Syria. Eight million [displaced] inside Syria. I don't think Syrian people want that.

The other countries entered in the war: the US, Russia, Iraq, Turkey. Syria became a field for them. Syrian people pay a huge cost. But still, we have dreams. Maybe our children can find a better life than ours [cries].

I cried three times in my [life]. I cried three times. The first time when my mother died. The second time when the police… when the police… my son, in front of my eyes. When he was 16.

This is the third time [cries].
